Global Grants Manager - Strategic Grants Management & Compliance

The role will focus on ensuring effective grants management systems, donor compliance, and sub-award management for major institutional donors including USAID, BHA, EU, DFID, and UN agencies. Key responsibilities include: developing and implementing strategic grants management frameworks; overseeing proposal development, budget negotiation, and award management; ensuring compliance with donor regulations and internal policies; managing sub-grants and partner agreements; coordinating with program teams on M&E requirements and reports; supporting the digital transformation of grants management systems; providing training and capacity building to field staff on grants administration, records management, and archives administration. Requirements: Master's degree in Business Administration, International Development, Finance, or related field; minimum 7 years of experience in grants management within INGOs or UN agencies; strong knowledge of donor compliance and grant lifecycle management; experience with M&E and reporting; proficiency in digital grants management tools; excellent analytical and writing skills; fluency in English (French or Spanish is an asset).
