Senior Strategic Advisor – Humanitarian Leadership

The Senior Strategic Advisor will support the design and delivery of leadership development initiatives for humanitarian coordinators and emergency response teams. Responsibilities: lead strategic planning processes, facilitate leadership retreats, develop risk-informed decision frameworks, mentor senior field staff, and coordinate with INGO and government partners. Requirements: Advanced university degree in leadership, management, or related field; 10+ years of experience in humanitarian or development contexts; demonstrated expertise in strategic leadership and disaster risk reduction; strong analytical and facilitation skills; fluency in English and French desirable.
