Senior Strategic Leadership Advisor (Country Programme)

Lead the design and delivery of the country office strategic plan, aligning programme portfolio with the UNDP Strategic Plan and the SDGs. Key responsibilities: provide strategic leadership advisory services to the Resident Representative and senior management; oversee results-based management frameworks; lead organizational change and capacity development for national counterparts; chair programme review and risk management boards; and represent UNDP in high-level coordination forums. Requirements: advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in development studies, public administration, management or a related field; a Diploma in Strategic Leadership is a strong asset; minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in strategic planning, programme management and leadership, including 5 years at international level; demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams; fluency in English, working knowledge of French desirable.
