Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor

Provide strategic leadership in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) for WFP's programs. Design and implement robust M&E frameworks to measure outcomes and impact. Support country offices in evidence-based decision-making and knowledge management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global M&E strategies and tools.
- Conduct high-level evaluations and impact assessments.
- Build capacity of country office staff and partners in M&E best practices.
- Ensure alignment of M&E activities with organizational goals and donor requirements.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in International Development, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- Diploma in Strategic Monitoring and Evaluation is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in M&E within humanitarian or development contexts.
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
