Strategic Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

The Strategic M&E Specialist will lead the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems for WFP's humanitarian and development programmes. Responsibilities include developing results frameworks and theories of change, managing evaluations and reviews, building M&E capacity at country office level, ensuring data quality and use for strategic learning, and reporting against WFP's Strategic Plan outcomes. The role supports evidence-based programming across food security, nutrition, and emergency operations. Requirements: Advanced degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences or related field; minimum 7 years of M&E experience in humanitarian or development organizations; proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, Stata, R); experience with logframes, logAlerts, and donor reporting; strong analytical and facilitation skills.
